Roti is an Indian bread traditional whole wheat bread that is cooked until it fluffs up. making it light and hence the name 'fulka' literally meaning that which fluffs up. Its the everyday bread for most Indians.

    Preparation:

    Step 1 - Defrost Overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Preheat oven 220°C
    Step 3 - Dip Roti into water and place on oven trays
    Step 4 - Reheat until roti is soft (about 3-4mins)

    🥦 Suitable for vegetarians
    🍛 Best served with curries

    Ingredients: whole wheat flour, all purpose self raising flour, salt, sugar, ghee, milk/curd.

    Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt
