Roasted Cauliflower and Coconut Soup

Size

This is a hearty and flavoursome soup. The star of the dish is slow roasted Cauliflower, sprinkled with Ras El Hanout, which is a North African spice that gives a warming feel to the soup.

Cauliflower is such a versatile vegetable and this soup is a family favourite on cooler evenings.  Served with a crusty baguette or even garlic bread (not included) it makes for an easy and wholesome dinner! 

***Although there is no added gluten or dairy in this dish we can not guarantee it is free from traces of gluten or dairy as it is cooked in a kitchen that prepares other meals containing these ingredients***

To reheat:

Defrost overnight in the fridge or by using the defrost function on your microwave. Then heat slowly either on the stovetop or in the microwave for 2mins, check, stir then reheat for 2 mins, carry on until the soup is hot throughout.
