This delicious raw cheesecake is fresh and creamy. Made with mangos, coconut cream and nuts its absolutely delicious. Suitable for vegans, non-vegans, all occasions and gatherings (as a birthday cake as well) and is a great alternative for ice cream desserts.

Contains: Tree nuts and tree nut products other than coconut from the fruit of the palm

Ingredients: Cashew, almond, walnut, coconut cream, coconut oil, natural sweeteners, pure vanilla extract, mango.

Instructions: Once defrosted please keep it in the fridge. It can stay fresh for up to four days

When I found out that my daughter had dairy and egg allergy, I started to bake goods according to her diet. Then baking plant-based motivated me to support other people who suffer from allergies or people who have chosen to alter their diets because of ethical issues.
