Raw chocolate & raspberry cake

All natural, all organic, raw vegan cake. My daughter developed an autoimmune disease which lead me in a new direction with my baking. This is her favourite celebration cake.

I grew up around food. My family owned restaurants and still work in the hospitality industry, it was always an important part of our family and culture. My style is all about fresh, local, seasonal and sustainable produce. My cooking style is all about authenticity and transparency, highlighting simple ingredients. I love cooking because it unites everyone from all walks of life. From paddock to plate!
