The most classic Chilean Empanadas you can find. Filled with delicious pumpkin curry, potatoes and red capsicum! I make my own handmade pastry and all the delicious fillings from scratch. These Chilean empanadas are made from a traditional recipe that had been mastered over the years an original family recipe.

  • 🍴 3x Empanadas per serving (300g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 3 - Brush the empanadas with egg yolk*
    Step 4 - Bake on a tray 25-30mins

    Pantry Essentials:
    🥚 Optional - Egg yolk to brush on empanadas.

    🥗 Best served with a crisp green salad.

    Ingredients: Pumpkin, Potato, Garlic, Onion, Red Capsicum, Olives, Oregano, Curry (Cumin, Turmeric), Flour, Olive Oil, Salt, Water.
