Pumpkin and Potato Curry

My family's restaurant in Myanmar goes back several generations and is a name that is recognised and loved by many people in my town. Today, I cook this recipe from my family restaurant on a weekly basis to nourish my loved ones and my customers. This curry is full of good veggies that are slow cooked for hours to produce a delicious tasting vegetarian curry.

    Preparation:
    Step 1 -Defrost gently in microwave or fridge overnight
    Step 2 -
    Microwave until hot (approx 4 mins)

Thank you very much Sally for sharing this meal with us, it is a privilege to have been able to share in your families history.

The flavours are so delicate, balanced and refined. We loved it so much, and wish we had ordered more..

Sadly when I went to order it again, it is all sold out (not surprised), so I will have to keep an eye on this one to make sure I can get it in the next order.
