Sally's Pumpkin and Potato Curry

My family's restaurant in Myanmar goes back several generations and is a name that is recognised and loved by many people in my town. Today, I cook this recipe from my family restaurant on a weekly basis to nourish my loved ones and my customers. This curry is full of good veggies that are slow cooked for hours to produce a delicious tasting vegetarian curry.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 -Defrost gently in microwave or fridge overnight

    Microwave until hot (approx 4 mins)

Great flavour

Has a lovely genuine Asian flavour, but not to hot & it was a very comforting dish.
I ate it with Jasmine rice.

Filling and flavourful

A mild, tasty curry with a deliciously flavourful sauce. I like to buy this to go with one of the meat or chicken curries. Yum! Thank you Sally!
