Pulled pork, with black bean and corn couscous

Tender juicy slow cooked pulled pork, loaded with Tex Mex spices, served alongside seasoned black bean and corn couscous. I always have pulled pork in my freezer as an emergency meal, the family loves it and it's so versatile you can make a stack of different meals with it - nachos, burritos, tacos, stuffed potatoes and on top of salad bowls!

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave
    Step 2 - Give it a stir
    Step 3 - Microwave until heated through (approx 3 mins)
