I created this dish as a healthy and delicious option for anyone looking to reduce carbs in their diet without having to give up their favourite dishes.

This cheesy, creamy, and low carb Pulled Chicken and Cauliflower Bake is a real crowd pleaser. It packs a lot of flavours in a very filling classic dinner that everyone loves. The green salsa completes the dish bringing liveliness to the richness of the dish.

  • Preparation (Cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Preheat Oven 180¬įC
    Step 3 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 4 - Bake 45mins (Single) to 1hr (Family)

Amazing flavour and salsa tops it brilliantly

Very happy to order again. Lovely with or without the salsa, but if you like a little spice the salsa is a must have that really changes the dish - get 1 with and 1 without and you will be well satisfied with 2 excellent different tasting meals.
