Pulled Chicken & Cauliflower Bake

I created this dish as a healthy and delicious option for anyone looking to reduce carbs in their diet without having to give up their favourite dishes. 

This cheesy, creamy, and low carb Pulled Chicken and Cauliflower Bake is a real crowd pleaser. It packs a lot of flavours in a very filling classic dinner that everyone loves. The green salsa completes the dish bringing liveliness to the richness of the dish.

  • Preparation (cook from frozen):

    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight

    Step 1 - Preheat Oven 180°C
    Step 2 - Remove Lid, cover with Foil
    Step 3 - Bake 45mins (Single) to 1hr (Family)

    🌶 The green salsa is a little spicy
    😋 Best served with green salsa sauce (provided) and a fresh salad 

    Chicken, tomatoes, chipotle chilli in adobe sauce, monkfruit sweetener, onions, garlic, passata, coriander, cauliflower, broccoli, cream cheese, sour cream, chicken stock, cheddar cheese, nutritional yeast.
    Green salsa: coriander, avocado, lime juice, garlic, green chilli, green tomatoes

    Milk and Milk Products, Soybeans and soybean products (eg Miso, soy milk etc)
