Linus' Pork Vindaloo

This is my signature authentic East Indian style Pork Vindaloo.  Infused with lots of flavour, a Vindaloo (Portuguese dish carne de vinha d'alhos ) is pork meat marinated in wine vinegar and garlic. This is a very famous dish in the East Indian and Goan community as both these regions were ruled by the Portuguese, and my recipe has been passed down through the generations.

Spice level = 🌶🌶🌶 Spicy!

  • 🍴 Double Serve (650g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Microwave until heated through (approx 4mins)


    🍙 Perfect served with steamed rice or Indian breads and a side dish of vegetables

    Ingredients: Pork, Cumin powder, Chilli power, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Vinegar.

This is one authentic Vindaloo that you will never find in any of the restaurants. Actual Vindaloo masala used perfect taste, quality meat, good consistency & correct spice level👌👌
