Paratha Flatbread

Parathas is an Indian bread traditional bread made using whole wheat flour, its heavier than a roti and is a little flaky and layered. It is toasted in ghee making one of the most appreciated sides in Indian food.

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost Overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Preheat oven 220°C
    Step 3 - Dip Roti into water and place on oven trays
    Step 4 - Reheat until roti is soft (about 3-4mins)

    🥦 Suitable for vegetarians
    🍛 Best served with curries

    Ingredients: whole wheat flour, all purpose self raising flour, salt, sugar, ghee, milk/curd.
