Pad see Ew is one of the most popular Bangkok Street foods. This is one of the dishes I loved as I was a kid because it is so flavourful. It can also be made with Flat rice noodles but my mom and I prefer the thin vermicelli so this is how we make it in our home.
Contains: Eggs, Soybeans and soybean products (eg Miso, soy milk etc), Fish and fish products (eg fish sauce), Crustacea and their products
Ingredients: Chicken Breast, Eggs, Chinese Broccoli, Rice Vermicelli noodle, Garlic, Dark soy sauce, Oyster Sauce, Fish Sauce, Sugar, Vegetable Oil
Reheating Instructions: Defrost in fridge overnight and then microwave for 2-3 mins before serving, or defrost in microwave for 5 mins until throughly hot. Alternatively toss in a hot wok until warmed through.
