This tasty tart is nothing short of yum. Hand made organic pastry encases green goodness with a mix of fresh organic spinach, herbs, horseradish and cheese which makes you wish you were vegetarian. Served with a maple roast pumpkin and quinoa salad, packed with flavour from the orange maple dressing, toasted nuts and cranberries, you’ve got yourself a healthy but filling weeknight treat. Michelle is an amazing cook and this meal was just the perfect combo for me. Flavours were amazing of both the Tart and Quina Salad. I look forward to ordering it again!
