Organic Spinach, Herb & Cheese Tart

Size Guide

This beautiful, vibrantly coloured tart is a real showstopper. It gets it's gorgeous colour from a blend of fresh spinach and herbs that are mixed with two cheeses and horseradish and then baked in a homemade pastry. Yes, it is vegetarian but we promise with flavours like this you won't be missing the meat!

This is a beautiful tart to bring out when entertaining or simply eat for a meat-free lunch or dinner. The whole tart measures 30cm across and is a lighter meal. It serves 8 adults as part of a larger banquet.

To reheat from frozen, remove from freezer at least 1 hour before serving and place on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 deg until warmed through (about 15-20 mins)

About your cook, Michelle (Fairlight)
I'm a passionate home cook, recruitment manager and new mum who also has a side business 'Forage Sydney' hosting rogue dinner party dining experiences.
In my mind there's nothing better than using seasonal, organic or free range ingredients to create delicious and nutritious food; this is what I strive to do both at home and for others. My food style is mixed, having travelled to many countries and sampling lots of interesting food, I tend to take inspiration from these experiences as a whole rather than pinpoint a specific cuisine, as long as it's tasty and makes you feel good!
