Nutella Basque Cheesecake

Baked in a hot oven so the batter caramelises into a natural crust, resulting in a dessert somewhere between a flan and a New York Cheesecake. But there's a twist, this is the new and exciting Nutella flavour!

Inspired by my love to travel, I fell in love with this cake when we were travelling in San Sebastian at a perfect little restaurant which only sold Basque Cheesecakes. Since then I have perfected the technique and created this divine new flavour.

  • 🍴 Each Cheesecake weighs about 275g (serves 2)

    Preparation:
    If frozen, leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator and defrost on the counter 3 hours before serving. Otherwise, defrost on the counter 4-5 hours before serving.

    🧁 Best served with vanilla custard or fresh berries

    Nutella, Cocoa, Eggs, Plain Flour, Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Cream, 

    Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Eggs, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt
