Moroccan Barberries & Almonds Couscous (Vg)

This is my special Couscous with Chickpeas that I have infused with ground cumin and coriander, jewelled with barberries and studded with almonds and golden sultanas.

I fell in love with Moroccan Cuisine a long time ago, I love everything about it... the food, the culture and the flavours. Let me transport you to Morocco without getting off your lounge.

  • 🍴 Double Serve (600g)

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost first
    Step 2 - Microwave for approximately 3 mins or until heated through

    Ingredients: Couscous (Wheat), Chickpeas, Slivered almonds, Butter (Milk), Lemon juice, Dried barberries (Sulphites), Preserved lemons, Cumin seeds [Ground Cumin], Salt, Coriander seeds [Ground Coriander]

This dish was AMAZING. Full of flavour. Haven't had a tasty cous cous dish like this before. Even my son who doesn't like cous cous said this dish was so good. Will be ordering it again.
