Moroccan Lamb and Date Tajine

When you feel like something just a little bit different you can't go past this wildly delicious Tajine. This completely moorish meal is brimming with flavours and once you try it you will be back for more! It's a little sweet (but not too sweet), peppered with spices and with just a hint of heat... the melt-in-your-mouth lamb is cooked slowly and from scratch with a delicious blend of spices and dates.

Ingredients: Lamb, onion, garlic, spices (ground ginger, cinnamon, pepper, paprika, cumin, cayenne), salt, olive oil, dates, honey

To reheat from frozen: Defrost in the fridge overnight or use the defrost function on your microwave. Once thawed, transfer to a heatproof dish and microwave on medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir, then microwave on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Stir and check if extra time is needed. Do not use high heat.

To serve: Sprinkle with chopped parsley and coriander leaves and roasted almonds. Serve with couscous and a salad (not included).

Contains: Gluten and nuts

Beautiful, exotic

Love this Tajine it is so well balanced, little bit of spice but not too much and the almonds, cous cous and salad that goes with it is just divine!!

Tender and exotic

This lamb dish is highly recommended. Fragrant and subtle flavours. Good serving to share or make a whole meal for one if you are hungry!
