Steve's Moroccan Baked Fish

This meal is healthy, nutritious, packed with wonderful flavours and - most importantly - it’s loved by my whole family. White fish fillets have been marinated in Moroccan spices and braised in a chickpea, tomato & capsicum sauce. Bringing out the wonderful flavour of the fish with a warming mix of spices.

I’ve spent many years serving up seafood dishes and picked up the inspiration for this recipe from an amazing Moroccan chef I worked with in Dubai. I loved the way he packed a punch with the flavours in his dishes, and that’s what comes through with every bite of this meal.

  • Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge
    Step 2 - Remove lid, cover with foil
    Step 3 - Bake at 160C between 15mins (Single) to 30mins (Family)

    😋 This is a well balanced meal that can be enjoyed on its own or with some crusty bread and a fresh salad on the side.
