Vicky's Momo Dumplings (x6)

Momo dumplings are one of the most popular dishes in Nepal and my Momo's are made to an original family recipe. Momo's are typically eaten as a main dish or snack, any time of day for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My children love having them in their school lunchboxes. 

I mix fresh pork mince with spices, onions, ginger and fresh coriander and then carefully fold each Momo by hand. My homemade Aachar (chilli sauce) is made with fresh, plump, red tomatoes that are boiled and blended with chilli and garlic. The  Aachar adds a tangy freshness to the Momo, also included in the box.

  • 🍴 You will get x6 dumplings per serving

    Preparation:

    Step 1 - Boil water in a pot
    Step 2 - Steam dumplings in a steamer for approx 10-12mins

    🥣 Delicious Aachar sauce included (spice rating of 'mild')
    😋 This is a well balanced meal that can be enjoyed on its own.

    Ingredients:
    Dumplings: pork mince, onions, ginger, coriander, salt, wheat flour
    water, baking powder
    Aachar sauce: tomatoes, garlic, vegetable oil, chillies, salt.
