Mini Barramundi Fishcakes with Tartare Sauce

These fishcakes are the improved homemade version of fish fingers. Beautiful fresh Barramundi is minced with a flavoursome potato mash and then panko crumbed. Simply bake in the oven for a deliciously wholesome lunch for kids and adults alike. Comes with homemade tartare sauce. 

Contains: Eggs, milk and milk products, Gluten containing cereals

Ingredients: Barramundi, potato, milk, bay leaves, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, eggs, parsley, panko bread, flour, greek yoghurt mustard, pickling liquid

Each serving contains 6 fishcakes approx 30g each 

To Reheat: Preheat oven to 180*C . Remove from freezer just before baking them. Place your frozen fishcakes on a baking tray. Place tray in the oven and your fish cakes will be ready in 15-20 mins. Sauce can be defrosted overnight in the fridge.
