Mediterranean Tray Baked Chicken with Feta

Think, a medley of chicken marinaded in mediterranean spices, blistered vine ripened tomatoes, olives, feta, kale and sweet potato mmmm, you will be going back for more! Choose from standard ingredients or a completely organic meal. 

Re-heating Instructions:
This meal comes frozen. Simply defrost overnight and bake in a pre-heated 180 degree oven for 45 mins. Add the vine ripened tomatoes in the last 10 mins of cooking. Serve with crusty bread... delicious! (bread not included)
