Maznik is a traditional Bosnian Pastry made out of a thin pastry, filled with different combinations of fillings and then rolled into a beautiful swirl. It takes a lot of skill to make and I make everything from scratch the traditional way.
I have been making Maznik since I was 11 years old and I just love to be in the kitchen. This is my Grandmother's recipe, my Grandmother is Bosnian/Turkish and this is her family's way of making Maznik.
Choose from either Beef and Cheese or Spinach and Cheese. Each serving contains one large Maznik.
Contains: Gluten from wheat flour, milk and milk products
Ingredients:
Reheating: Defrost first - but don't defrost in the microwave. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Brush your Maznik with egg yolk if you don't have allergies to egg and then bake for 35 mins.
