Hema's Lentil Fritters (x6, V)

Masala Vada is a delicious snack made of coarsely ground split chickpeas, onions, spices (fennel, dry red chillies) and salt. It's a quintessential South Indian tea time snack.

My Amma makes the most delicious Masala Vada's and I have fond memories enjoying them with her over a hot cup of masala chai. Masala Vada with piping hot chai is a must on a rainy day!

Very good!

We have enjoyed the fritters & takes us back to India when we eat it.
Thank you!

Very tasty

Best masala vadais I’ve eaten. Will definitely order again. Thank you Hema, for sharing your Amma’s delicious recipe with us. It’s so good I could eat it on it’s own, but the chutney makes this snack even more delicious!
