Marinated Beef Tomahawk Steak with Maple Spice and Crushed Pecan Rubbed Chat Potatoes
This show stopping steak will be the prize at your Christmas table this year. I have sourced an excellent grade Grass-Fed Beef Tomahawk Steak, Bone in and rated MB2+. I have pre-marinaded the steak for you with rosemary, garlic , truffle oil and Olssons smoked red gum salt. All you have to do is cook it and impress all of your guests! Also comes with maple spice and crushed pecan rubbed chat potatoes to roast as a side!
Each steak is approximately 1.1 kg -1.4 kg (serves 2-4 ppl depending on what else you are serving)
To Serve: Remove tomahawk and bring to room temp, then either place the tomahawk on a roasting tray and directly roast in a pre heated over at 200 deg C for 12 minutes and then reduce the temp to 180 degrees and cook further 6 minutes. Or can be cooked over a bbq until an internal temp of 50 degrees C to be served Medium rare. The potatoes to be cooked at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
