This is a colourful twist on the traditional Mango Sticky Rice. Sticky rice is coloured blue by using the Butterfly Pea flower. The same delicious taste with a pop pf colour on the Christmas table this year!
To Serve: If you prepare in a share platter - add all sticky rice on a big plate, slice fresh mango put on a side next to the sticky rice, add salted coconut sauce on top of sticky rice and add mung bean on top, If you serve in small plate, just divide them in small portions and do the same as the big platter
