Malaysian Beef Rendang

Possibly Malaysia's favourite dish, this is a drier-style curry made from succulent chunks of beef and potato cooked in a rich cacophony of flavours including cinnamon, star anise, ginger & coconut. So hearty and satisfying! 
Serving suggestion: Serve with steamed jasmine rice and asian greens. * Rice and greens not included but you can choose to purchase rice separately here
To re-heat:
Defrost in the microwave or overnight in the refrigerator then heat slowly until piping hot.
