Malay Lamb Curry with eggplant, potato

This is a tasty, rich and hearty home-style Malay curry with slow-braised tender lamb forequarter chops (bone in) providing maximum flavour complemented by juicy eggplant and potato. A few friends and family members have said that this is their favourite dish.

This dish is not served with rice, if you would like to add steamed Jasmine Rice, you can purchase it separately here.
