Lions Head Meatballs with Steamed Jasmine Rice


Named after its rough resemblance to a lion's head and mane, this is a tasty and comforting dish. The "lion's head" meatballs are made from a mouth-watering mixture of pork, ginger, garlic chives and shiitake. The "lion's mane" is the Chinese cabbage braised in a stock which goes perfectly with boiled rice.
Contains: Soy and Gluten (from soya sauce).
