Leek Mint Pea Fritters with Lemon Vegan Aioli (Vegan) *

Very similar to arancini, these vegan fritters are coated with golden crumbs and packed with flavour especially when adding the lemony vegan aioli. Yum!

To Reheat: Preheat oven to 180*C. Remove fritters from freezer just before baking them. Place frozen fritters on a baking tray. Place tray in oven and fritters will be ready in 20 mins. Serve with lemon mint vegan aioli

Ingredients:Baby peas, mint, leek, arborio rice, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, white wine, vegetable stock, lemon, breadcrumbs, oat milk, flour, vegan mayo.
