These succulent Korean meatballs are made with marinated pork thats been mixed with asian sauces, aromatics and veggies and then pan-fried.
Growing up in Korea, this was one of the most popular lunch box food items. Back then when meat wasn't abundant, eating these meat balls was kind of a special and luxurious experience as a little kid. During school lunch times, friends used to huddle around and share their food together with friends. Someone who had these delicious meat balls in their lunch box, gained a bit of attention and instant admiration. What a fun childhood memory!
