Jollof Rice

Absolutely every dinner guest in my home who tries Ghanaian Jollof rice, asks for a takeaway or begs me for the recipe. Jollof Rice is the perfect accompaniment for any meat or vegetable; from roast to BBQ, grilled to fried meats. It is a popular meal in West Africa, consisting of rice and vegetables cooked in a mild tomato curry sauce. It is full of aromatic flavours yet mild enough to please picky palates, this is a wonderful meal for the whole family.
