Size Guide

Our homeschool pack is designed to help take the stress out of home-school lunches and morning tea.  In this pack exclusively created for Flexischool's customers we've curated a range of morning tea and lunch items with enough for 2 children for 1 week, at just $4.40 per meal. Use it all in a week or keep it frozen and on hand to mix up the sandwich repertoire.

All items have been handmade by our network of cooks (many of which are parents too) who have cleverly created their children's favourite snacks and lunches for you.

We've been careful to curate our packs to be both appealing and delicious to children and healthy too! So put a lock on your pantry and ban the nutritious-less snacks we have the perfect solution that will leave your children happy and you feeling a lot less stressed!

MORNING TEA

White Bean Dip with Flatbread 
Homemade white bean dip which is smoother and lighter than hummus and a hit with the kids. Serve with carrot sticks for a nutritious morning tea. (Includes 2 x 100ml containers and flatbread) Made by Michelle

Wholemeal Chia Banana Bread Slices 
Oh the old favourite banana bread! This banana bread tastes amazing, is secretly wholemeal and is so much better for you. (2 Slices included). Made by Melinda.

Chocolate Topped Bliss Bars 
These stunning little bars pack a punch with nutrients and look so beautiful the kids will be begging your for more! (10 bars included - 32g each bar) Made by Helen.

Savoury Ham and Cheese Muffins
Who doesn't love a ham and cheese muffin. These very tasty muffins are perfectly sized and simply defrosted and heated for the perfect morning tea. (Includes 5 muffins). Made by Micheline. (Vegetarian substitute: Almond and Pear Muffins)

LUNCH

Homemade Basil & Cashew Pesto 
Made with the freshest ingredients and no additives or preservatives.  Perfect mixed through pasta or served with bread as a dip. (Includes 2 x 100ml serves.) Made by Helen.

Popcorn Chicken
Free range chicken is minced and then crumbed in a way that makes it easy for you to bake in the oven for crunchy and healthy popcorn chicken balls. So much better for them than any store-bought crumbed chicken! (Includes 2 serves of 6 meatballs). Made by Helen. (Vegetarian substitute: Spanakopita) 

Pork & Chive Dumplings 
One of our bestsellers and an absolute favourite with the kids. Simply steam and serve for a healthy and delicious lunch. (Includes 20 dumplings which is our 2 adult serving). Made by Iris. (Vegetarian Substitute: Vegetarian Dumplings)

Honey Soy Chicken Drumsticks
A childhood favourite these drumsticks are sweet, salty and delicious served with rice and salad.  (Includes 6 drumsticks). Made by Kate (Vegetarian Substitute: Mac N Cheese)

As a guide:

Protein per serve = 150 - 200g 
Total Weight per serve = 300 - 400g
Anything less than these weights are tagged as "LIGHT MEALS"

To help you decide on portion sizing:

2 Adults & 2 Children under 10  3 Servings
2 Adults, 1 Child under 10 and 1 Older Child 3 Servings
