I just love lasagna but I don't like meat so I modified the ingredients until I got my version with all of my favourite things.
Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Eggs, Tree nuts and tree nut products other than coconut from the fruit of the palm
Ingredients: Almond flakes (optional), roasted seasonal vegetables (mushroom, potatoes, broccoli, pumpkin), ricotta cheese, fresh tomato, onion, light mozzarella cheese
Reheating Instructions: You can cook from frozen or defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Bake in a 180 degree heated oven until piping hot, for 1 hour from frozen or 30-45 minutes defrosted.

I came to Australia when I was 16, living away from family, I missed my home town food. I couldn’t find the same taste anywhere here in Australia so I asked my mother to teach me how to cook. I soon found out I have a talent in cooking and can modify recipes to suit different tastes. My husband loves my food and so do my colleagues.
I have 2 hobbies: cooking and singing. I sing while I cook too. It's my happiness to see my loved ones enjoy my food, it’s also a good stress relief.
I work full time as an office manager and study part time. However, this doesn’t stop me from cooking fresh everyday for my partner and some of my colleagues for our next day lunch. I can’t wait to cook for you too!
