A wonderfully nourishing broth made from certified organic chicken frames, diced vegetables, herbs and filtered water. This recipe has been adapted from a Pete Evans master recipe and is slowly simmered for 24 hours. I don't add any salt so you can use it in cooking if you wish. We drink a small quantity every day with a squeeze of lemon and a dash of salt and you can also add turmeric for extra goodness. The kids love it. Its so versatile you can use it in place of chicken stock in cooking or use as a base for a chicken noodle soup... so good for you! Please note that this stock is liquid and not jelly like beef broths.
