Homemade Beef Lasagne

You know when the craving strikes and you just feel like a really hearty, delicious lasagne?, well here is where you get it. Handmade with love, the meat is slow cooked to develop flavour and the béchamel sauce is thick and creamy, made by hand. I use fresh lasagne sheets and layer extra cheese between the layers and on top to develop a yummy crust. 

Ingredients: Beef mince, tomato passata, milk, cheese, butter, flour, tomato paste, bay leaves, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, red wine, worcestershire sauce, beef stock, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper, pasta

Contains: Milk and milk products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt.
