This dish is an absolute family winner. Delicately flavoured but delicious chicken and rice is served alongside chilli and shallot sauces. The chicken is seasoned with ginger, garlic and steamed gently in its own broth so it is tender and fragrant, the rice is cooked in the chicken broth.
