Spinach & Cheese Gozleme (Vg)

Gozleme is a traditional Turkish flatbread that can be filled with an assortment of fillings. When you cook your gozleme in a pan it is crunchy on the outside and irresistibly delicious on the inside!

  • 🍴 1x Gozleme per serving (200g)

    Step 1 - Defrost in fridge overnight
    Step 2 - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat 
    Step 3 - Pan fry in in 1Tbs of oil, 4mins each side

Great snack or light meal. Tasty.

Really enjoyed the beef gozleme - just like I have with all of Pia’s dishes. This one I had with a salad for dinner and it was sufficient. Beautifully made and simple to cook. Lovely taste.

Perfect Gozleme for Lunch

This was my second order of the spinach and cheese gozleme. It comes ready to pop in a pan and cooks perfectly in maybe 5 minutes with a little bit of oil, being crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I love how fresh it is (you'd never think it had been frozen). It has been the perfect light lunch to have on a busy work day in lockdown.

Delicious and perfect for lunch

My kids and I really enjoyed these. We ordered the spinach and cheese. We found the size to be perfect. It serves one adult or 1 hungry 10 year old perfectly. Really good way to get spinach into your kids!
