Gnocchi is the reason that I became a chef, my earliest memory of making this dish was when I used to rush back from school to hang out with my beloved "Nonna" (Grandma) Lucia. My Nonna was always in the kitchen, and I remember making gnocchi with her was really fun. Gnocchi with Napoletana sauce brings me back so many memories, it was the first dish that I ever cooked by myself with of course the supervision of my grandma.
