This handmade, gluten free sourdough uses all natural ingredients and traditional sourdough fermentation to make a delicious loaf of bread that’s soft and fluffy, with a hint of subtle sourdough flavour. Enjoy a loaf of artisan bread that’s crusty on the outside and delightfully soft inside.

Ingredients Brown rice flour, water, buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, chickpea (besan) flour, corn flour (maize starch), potato starch, sugar, psyllium husk, flaxseeds, salt

Allergen advice: loaves are made in a gluten free kitchen and lab tested to ensure they are gluten free, however our kitchen also makes products that contain dairy, nuts and eggs and despite our best efforts loaves may contain trace amounts of common allergens. 

Reheating Instructions.

Do not leave the loaf out to thaw. Instead, bake in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes for a fresh baked loaf that's crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

If you don't want it as crusty, cover with tinfoil for the first 20 minutes.

I have loved cooking since a very young age. My mum is a fantastic cook, who was always trying out new dishes and introducing new food to the family.  When I was a teenager I was diagnosed with food intolerances, which were not very well recognised at the time, which meant it was really hard to find good substitute foods. I love sharing good food with friends and family and I believe it's the ultimate way to bring people together!

I am really excited to be cooking for food street, and it has allowed me to realise my dream of setting up a gluten free bread business!
