Chicken thighs fillets, olive oil, dry sherry, onions , mushrooms, red capsicum, tomatoes, soy sauce, parsley, sweet potato, lower carbs potatoes, skim milk, butter, salt and pepper.

The capsicum and tomato flavour was very strong. Makes and easy meal, mine had a lot of liquid after baking it which I didn't expect so it didn't hold together very well.
Very tasty meal, eaten happily by all on a busy weeknight. I wish there had been leftovers!
