These delicious fish burgers are made with 100% Australian produce and ethically sourced local fish. Dan's family have been making these fish burgers for generations.

Hi we’re Bill and Dan, the two best mates behind your new favourite fish burgers. We use a recipe graciously handed down to us by Dan’s Grandmother and we hand make every single patty with Australian and Australian sourced ingredients


We use premium quality ingredients like Australian salt sourced from an indigenous not-for-profit, and seasonal and sustainably caught fish that’s immediately filleted and frozen on the boat and then brought straight to us so it’s the freshest fish possible.

  • 🍴 x2 Fish Burgers per serving 220g (sized for placing in between a bun)

    Preparation (Cook from frozen):

    Step 1- Place frozen burgers in a frying pan with a bit of oil.
    Step 2 - Fry 2-3 minutes each side on medium heat.
    Step 3 - Sit for 1 minute and enjoy!

    You can alternatively:

    Deep Fry
    Step 1 - Place burgers in deep fryer at 170C
    Step 2 - Cook 2-3 minutes
    Step 3 - Sit for 1 minute and enjoy!

    Air Fryer
    Step 1 - Place burgers in air fryer at 170C
    Step 2 - Cook 12-13 minutes

    Step 1 - Place burgers in oven at 170C
    Step 2 - Cook 12-13 minutes
    Step 3 -  Sit for 1 minute and enjoy!

    🍔 Best served in brioche buns, with aoili and fresh salad/tomatoes 

    Ingredients: Potato, fish, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast), garlic, parsley, salt, pepper.

    Contains: Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, Eggs, Fish & Fish Products, Milk and Milk Products
