Feijoada, Brazilian Black Beans with Beef Fillet & Chorizo

This is my version of a traditional Brazilian black bean stew that maintains the rich smoky, flavours famous in Brazil. This is an excellent dish served over rice and is traditionally served with it's perfect accompaniment of oranges or farofa, roasted cassava flour found in many grocery shops in Australia (not included).

This is the national dish of Brazil! Most families in Brazil have feijoada several times a week and it couldn't be different in our family. I wish you will enjoy it as much as we do!
