Falafel

I created my recipe that makes the falafel very green and delicious.

Falafel is also the national dish of Israel. As a main dish, it is served as a sandwich, stuffed in pita bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and tahini. As an appetizer, it is served on a salad, or with hummus and tahini.

Contains: Sesame seeds and sesame seed products (eg tahini)

Ingredients: Fava beans, chickpeas, cumin, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, spinach, peas

Reheating Instructions: Fry in a pan with 4 tbs oil until brown, turn and brown the other side.
