Customised weekly meal plan to include 3 Main Meals, 2 Breakfast serves, 4 Serves of Soup, 1 Snack Item for the Week, 5 Serves of Dessert and 2 Smoothies. Delivery twice a week on Monday and Wednesday.

As a guide:
Protein per serve = 150 - 200g
Total Weight per serve = 300 - 400g
Anything less than these weights are tagged as "LIGHT MEALS"
