This Sri Lankan Curry is cooked for hours until the thick, flavoursome sauce beautifully clings to deliciously tender beef. I personally love cooking this meal and sharing it with my family and friends, who seem to always want more!
Sri Lanka's cuisine is so rich in flavours as it's been influenced over the years by the cuisines of the Indians, Malays, Portuguese, Dutch and British. You can eat this curry with anything you like, but I personally prefer it with rice, bread, or a wrap.
Preparation: Step 1 - Defrost in your fridge overnight. Step 2 - Microwave until hot (about 4mins)
