Creamy mushroom, tarragon and mustard chicken casserole with vegetables

Chicken thighs seasoned and browned then slow cooked in a creamy mustard and mushroom sauce served with roasted vegetables.

This is a recipe I have played with over the years and has become a family favourite.

  • Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt

    Ingredients: Chicken, cream, wholegrain mustard, flour, brandy, mushrooms, chicken stock, onions, carrots, potatoes, peas, garlic, salt and pepper, tarragon

    Reheating Instructions: Defrost in fridge overnight. Cook, covered in a 200deg oven for 20 mins
