Winter is coming...! Made with a home made organic chicken broth and tomato base this hearty and cleansing vegetable soup is sure to nourish you from the inside out.

Based on the Kickstart Soup Diet we created this soup for one of our dearest customers. We took the recipe and improved it with a homemade organic chicken broth and completely organic vegetables including tomatoes, celery, spring onions, capsicum, beans and carrots.

The Soup Starter is 1 Litre of soup (enough for 2 serves)
The Mini Cleanse is 3 Litres of soup (enough for 3 days or 6 serves)
The Weekly Cleanse is 5 Litres of soup (enough for 5 days or 10 serves)

About your cook, Michelle 

I'm a passionate home cook, recruitment manager and new mum who also has a side business 'Forage Sydney' hosting rogue dinner party dining experiences. There's nothing better than using seasonal, organic or free range ingredients to create delicious and nutritious food; this is what I strive to do both at home and for others. My food style is mixed, having travelled to many countries and sampling lots of interesting food, I tend to take inspiration from these experiences as a whole rather than pinpoint a specific cuisine, as long as it's tasty and makes you feel good! My Opa was a Dutch pastry chef so I have a penchant for both sweet and savoury. I'm looking forward to creating delicious meals for you, your friends and family.

As a guide:

Protein per serve = 150 - 200g 
Total Weight per serve = 300 - 400g
Anything less than these weights are tagged as "LIGHT MEALS"
