You can't go wrong with a classic lasagne, layers of silky fresh pasta, homemade creamy béchamel sauce and a rich pork and veal meat ragù. Meat is cooked slowly for several hours to give time for flavours to develop. This is a hit with my family and I am confident it will be a hit in your house too!
Contains: Milk and Milk Products, Eggs, Cereals containing gluten and their products including wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt
Ingredients: Minced pork, minced veal, pancetta, celery, onion, carrot, garlic, tomato paste, white wine, tomatoes, beef stock, balsamic vinegar, parmesan, milk, bay leaves, butter, plain flour, nutmeg, fresh pasta sheets, Pink Himalayan salt.
Reheating Instructions: Cook from frozen. Remove lid, place foil container on a preheated oven tray and cook at 180C for 35 mins to 1 hour until top is browned and bubbling.
Loved by all the family! Easy meal to have in the freezer when you don't wish to cook. Enjoyed with a salad. Definitely order again. No leftovers - that says something!
