Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs with Broccolini & Jasmine Rice

Plump chicken meatballs with authentic Japanese teriyaki sauce, served alongside steamed jasmine rice and broccolini. Authentic Japanese teriyaki, I got this recipe from a Japanese friend, but have modified it to serve over meatballs and rice.

    Preparation:
    Step 1 - Defrost in microwave
    Step 2 - Give it a stir
    Step 3 - Microwave until heated through (approx 3 mins)

    😋 This is a well balanced meal that can be enjoyed on its own.
