Chicken Satay Sticks with a homemade satay sauce

Chicken Satay is our favourite family BBQ. When I came to Australia I was invited to a BBQ where I first tasted Malaysian chicken satay. It was so delicious I just had to learn how to make them for myself.  So I searched and searched recipes to create the most delicious version of chicken satay. It’s something my whole family love and I can’t wait for you to try some!

For this recipe I prepare fresh free range chicken with soy, palm sugar, salt and lemongrass paste. I then marinate and skewer. For my homemade satay sauce I take roasted peanuts and my own homemade red curry paste and cook it with coconut milk, salt, soy, palm sugar. It's truly delicious!

To Serve: Put on the grill, BBQ or fry on the pan until golden brown and serve with satay sauce
