This is my family's Sri Lankan Chicken Curry cooked with a signature blend of spices and coconut milk. This meal is a crowd pleaser and best served with rice or roti. I like to believe this recipe is a real mood booster, so delicious it's the kind of meal that will make your mouth water every time.

    Step 1 - Defrost overnight in your fridge.
    Step 2 -Microwave for 2 minutes, give it a stir
    Step 3 - Microwave for another 2mins

Pity is wasn’t delivered to my door though, lucky it was found where it was dumped.

Taste so nice but delivery real bad, dumped nowhere near my door, lucky someone passing by spotted the box before it melted from being defrosted.
